First of all we would like to wish each and every one of you a HAPPY NEW YEAR. We hope you have had wonderful Christmas, hopefully offering you a well deserved break from the 'W' word to spend with friends, family and of course your fur babies.
Now it's time for your pooches to get their playdates planned in for our return on Wednesday, 4th January 2023.
How To Reinstate An Existing Playdate Plan
For the Christmas holidays, all playdate plans were paused and so if you are booking a playdate, it will ask you to set up another. You can do this, no problem and once I see a new plan set up, i'll simply cancel your old one. Or alternatively pop me a message and I will be happy to reinstate your old playdate plan!!
Most of you have a regular playdate your pooch comes along to but always remember we are flexible if one week a different day or playdate works for you.
You can choose a Morning, Mid-Morning or Lunchtime playdate, and we also offer the Special Sausage Playdate on a Wednesday, Puppy Playdate on a Friday and on the odd occasion a Girl-Safe Playdate for the girls when they are in season. The earlier in the day the playdate the smaller the pooches are likely to be, and then we leave the Lunchtime Playdate to the bigger boys and girls so they don't have to mind their step when they are running around the paddock.
A Recent Change To Booking A Playdate
We hate to changing things but we do it only to make sure things run as smoothly for you as possible, and you are not reliant on us too much. With your playdate plan you have chosen how many playdates you would like to have each week and using your plan like a gym membership, you allocate your plan in the calendar so we know what works best for you.
What's New - It's only a small change where you can book the week ahead, rather than 4 weeks in advance.
The reason for this change is so your playdate plan is managing the number of playdates you have available to book based on the plan you have chosen, rather than us manually having to calculate how many you have or haven't had and then send you a payment request for any additions.
Booking Additional Playdates
Once you have used up the number of playdates in your plan for that week, any additional playdates will be booked as ad-hoc playdates
What Is An Ad-Hoc Playdate?
Ad-Hoc playdates are those booked without a Playdate Plan or in addition to your playdate plan.
