Recently I feel I am not responding to your enquiries as quickly as I would like to, and it probably leave you wondering and worrying about the plans for your pooch.

Your Playdate Subscription means that you have the power to book and manage all your future playdates here on the website or in the ‘SPACES’ app.

2. Book Your Pooches Playdate For Next Week... Or The Next Month!!
When logged in, and as long as your have an ACTIVE playdate plan, the website will allow you to book your pooches playdates without the need to buy another plan, or pay for the individual session. If you are not able to book without paying, please contact me otherwise you might end up paying twice.
If you are a bit of a pre-planner, you can book up to 30 days in advance. If you prefer booking it week-on-week this is also ok, but if you leave out a week, I might check with you this was intentional and if so, I’ll make a note to pause your plan so no payment is taken.
3. Need more than your Playdate Plan allows....No Problem
Sometimes you might need an extra day or two and we love to be there for your pooches when that happens. So using your Playdate Plan, you can book as many extra sessions as you like in the calendar, and we will send you an invoice for any extras at the end of the week.
